An in-network provider is contracted with a health insurance company to provide services to plan members for specific pre-negotiated rates.

An out-of-network provider is not contracted with the health insurance plan. Typically, if you visit an in-network provider, you will pay less than if you visit an out-of-network provider. Also, when visiting an Out-of-Network provider, you will probably have a higher deductible.

Cigna & UnitedHealthcare are the only In-Network insurance companies we work with.

If you have out-of-network insurance I am able to submit the claim directly to your insurer for GEHA, Aetna, and Meritain.

If you have Blue Cross, Blue Shield or Anthem I can provide you a superbill to submit the claim directly.
